Wendigo Drone: Anniversary Redraw

Well folks, it's that time. I have been on dA for ten whole years. So I decided to redraw the first deviation I ever uploaded, circa May 1st, 2005 (the same day I joined,) to see how far I've come art-wise. And I think I wound up with the best picture I have ever drawn, at least from a technical standpoint. Please let me know what you think.

FYI, I am using this ten-year point as a sort of "resolution" if you will, officially declared the day the art block died. I've been battling art block for well over a year now due to an almost-traumatically stressful school schedule and skewed priorities, but I wanna let you know it's gonna be over very soon. And I'll probably be tying up some loose ends, filling requests and concluding trades now that summer's almost here.
