Now that's breakfast

This was my breakfast I made for myself yesterday morning, after shopping at Trader Joe's to get new food for the coming week. And what a breakfast it was! As you can see here it has three strips of bacon, some sliced apples and a carrot spice muffin with cream cheese frosting. Yum!

I kind of submitted this in honor of HectorDefendi, who sometimes uploads photos of the food he and his friends make and eat, and I gotta say a lot of it looks quite delicious, so I decided to do something similar myself and tantalize my watchers with a picture of this delicious meal
